Costume Institute Gala - Red Carpet

May (my most favorite month of the year) started with the fashion industry's biggest event. The 63rd annual Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, honoring Alexander McQueen. As of tomorrow, the Met's Exhibition (previously mentioned in older post) "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" will be open for the public.

 Many Attendees wore McQueen pieces such as Anna Dello Russo and Sarah Jessica Parker

 And Daphne Guinness

 Stella McCartney wore her own design along with Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow
