Our favorite It-Girl appeared in "The Smurfs" premiere wearing a maxi skirt by Elizabeth and James, and the sandals she co-designed. The collaboration is part of the "Stuart Weitzman Young Hollywood Cares Collection", which benefits Dr. Marsha Moses and her research upon cancer.
